Amendments to National Regulations

Education Ministers have agreed to amendments to the National Regulations. The amendments give effect to changes to the National Quality Standard that commence on 1 February 2018, and extension of workforce transitional arrangements that were announced in September 2017.

The consolidated version of the National Regulations – which combines amendments with the current regulations – will be available shortly after 29 December 2017, when transitional arrangements commence.
