National Quality Agenda IT System

The NQA IT System and Public Portal have been migrated to a cloud platform as part of a significant technical upgrade.

What this means is that, from April 2024, the way you access the NQA IT System has changed. If you have not already done so, you must re-register as your old login details are no longer valid.

This should be a quick process and ACECQA has published detailed instructions on how to register, how to link your provider accounts and how to add new users. These can be found in the NQA IT System Help Centre. If you experience any difficulty with the registration process, please lodge a ticket through the help centre.
