At our Centres, we pen in a day each term to review and report back on our QIP actions and future plans. This keeps " continual improvement" at the forefront of the teams minds and the ball is always rolling.

I work in OSHC and we program using a Reflection Journal. This year we added a section on our weekly page dedicated to the QIP focus for that week. This is available for the children, parents and educators to view. At the end of each month we update our QIP to record the improvements that we have achieved, reflect on what we haven't achieved and re-plan anything we need to re-plan.
