Section 174(1)(b) An Approved Provider must notify the Regulatory Authority of information in respect of any other prescribed matters.
Regulation 175(1) provides a list of matters that are prescribed. This list includes any change to the address of the Approved Provider or the principal office of the Approved Provider, or the contact details of the Approved Provider.
