60 days* before the date of transfer

Relevant section of the Law/Regulation

Section 59 The transferring Approved Provider and the receiving Approved Provider must jointly notify the Regulatory Authority of the transfer.

Section 173(2)(f) An Approved Provider must notify the Regulatory Authority of an intention to transfer a service approval, as required under section 59.
