Maximum mandatory timeframe for notification

Parents of children enrolled at any education and care service operated by the Approved Provider must be notified 14 days before the surrender date.

Relevant section of the Law/Regulation

Section 38 An Approved Provider may surrender the provider approval by written notice to the Regulatory Authority.
