Section 174(1)(b) An Approved Provider must notify the Regulatory Authority of information in respect of any other prescribed matters.

Regulation 175(1) provides a list of matters that are prescribed. This list includes the appointment of receivers or liquidators or administrators to the Approved Provider or any other matters that affect the financial viability and ongoing operation of the education and care service.
