Learning Management System (LMS) and Assessment Platform for approval under the National Law (NL) and Family Assistance Law (FAL)
ACECQA is seeking written proposals from experienced vendors for the provision of a NL and FAL LMS and Assessment Platform. The LMS is intended to increase provider applicant knowledge of the NL and FAL, whilst the assessment platform will assist NL and FAL regulators assess the knowledge and capability of prospective providers and existing education and care providers.

ACECQA has received questions from prospective vendors and published questions and answers here for transparency.
Submissions close at 5pm (AEST) on 27 May 2022.

National Quality Agenda IT System Technical Upgrade and SaaS Migration Project
ACECQA seeks to engage a highly experienced and qualified Microsoft Gold vendor to partner with in the project management and delivery of a digital transformation project.
The National Quality Agenda IT System (NQA IT System) is a national database and online business tool, owned and operated by ACECQA on behalf of state and territory regulators and the Australian Government. It supports the secure and efficient administration of the regulatory scheme under the Education and Care Services National Law.
ACECQA has worked with its regulatory / government partners to develop a strategic plan and IT investment roadmap that identifies and prioritises investment in the NQA IT System over a 4-5 year horizon, to best ensure that it effectively supports jurisdictions and regulated sector users in their activities. This involves transformation of ACECQA’s National Quality Agenda IT System from its current state to deliver the first phase of achieving its target state, as detailed in this RFT.

Register of contractors
Expressions of Interest - ACECQA Register of Contractors and Consultants
ACECQA is calling for expressions of interest from suitably qualified individuals to be entered on a register for potential independent contractor and consultant work.
ACECQA will use the register to identify, assess and engage individuals as contractors and consultants to undertake specific projects or pieces of work that relate to the delivery of any one of ACECQA’s functions under the Education and Care Services National Law. View the key terms and conditions.
Please note that expressions of interest to the register do not constitute a guarantee of any work as a contractor/consultant with ACECQA. Individuals on the register may be contacted from time to time to provide further details on their capability to undertake a specific project or piece of work, when it is deemed necessary to meet our short or medium term operational requirements.
Skills, knowledge and experience are required in one or more of the following areas:
a) Regulatory policy and practice
b) National Quality Framework and Education and Care Services National Law
c) Leadership, coaching and quality improvement in an education and care service delivery context
d) Administrative law and decision-making
e) Project development and management
f) Communications and marketing.
To apply to be added to the register, please submit an expression of interest proposal via email outlining the following:
- details of relevant skills, experience and qualifications
- description of services provided from the list above (one or more areas)
- details of at least two previous and recent engagements (or if limited previous consultancy/contracting experience, details of previous and relevant employment experience), with details of relevant referees
- contractor / consultant daily rate range, noting specific rates will be negotiated for individual pieces of work or projects.
