The approved provider must comply with the recommendations of Soil Management Plan number RM153-M, which must be maintained together with this service approval certificate and must be available for inspection at all times the service is educating and caring for children.

The approved provider must not undertake any activity during the hours of operation of the education and care service that results in the disturbance of the control measures and exposure of the underlying soil in the outdoor space identified as Outdoor A.

The approved provider must ensure that soil from the garden beds located in the driveway of the service is not brought into the education and care service.

The approved provider must not undertake any landscaping works or renovation to any outdoor space without prior approval from the Regulatory Authority.

Any soil from works undertaken at the education and care service must be removed from the site and not distributed in garden beds or children’s outdoor space.
